Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization code.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our non-toxic safety standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
